Job Description
- Good command on IT GRC and Regulatory Controls
- Ability to drive compliance posture of technical service lines.
- SOX IT Testing
- Vulnerability Management
- Access Management
- Audit experience
- Expertise/Knowledge in any one of these technologies (Win/ Unix/ DB/NWS/ Cloud/etc)
- Leadership and good communication skills
- Provide governance/risk advice and support for an IT functional team or oversee a specific governance/risk area globally.
- Ensure functional IT asset risks are managed
- Ensure implementation of the information governance framework to ensure the integrity, confidentiality and availability of information owned, controlled or processed by Novartis
- Ensure monitoring of information issues and proactive mitigation of issues
- Ensure good communication and collaboration with the Site IT Heads of the IT Function
- Advice service teams on information security, IT compliance, operational compliance
- Have techno functional understanding of Infrastructure and IT Compliance
- Establishes clear accountability of the first layer of defense
- Strong background on audits especially technical Access Governance related
- Conduct periodic assessments of infrastructure services within IES
- Act as focal point for IES for all audits within IT
- Should have good proficiency on PowerPoint to be able to make mgmt. level presentations .
