SUMMARY:

ServiceNow Administrator/Developer is responsible for working on user management/ groups/ roles in ServiceNow

and setting up of servers. The incumbent should have a solutioning mindset and should have a good

understanding of all the processes and workflows in ServiceNow.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow components such as Service Catalog, Change

Management, Incident Management, Problem Management, Asset Management, CMDB,

Knowledge Management, Release Management.

Configuring, administering and scripting the ServiceNow ITSM tool.

Working closely with our customers to provide solutions and develop the software to fit those needs.

Configuration/customization of the ServiceNow system, including creating workflows.

Building service requests from customer requirements including requests, request items and

tasks using workflows to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing the service

Solid Development/Administrator background.

Technical integration experience with SOAP or REST standards are preferred.

Implementations of ServiceNow Workflow Design.

Ability to recognize potential and actual issues, needs and opportunities for improvement in the

implementation of ITSM technologies and service management practices.

Managing Data Feeds and Loading data in ServiceNow

Working on user management/ groups/ roles

Managing TASK SLAs in regard to scrubbing breach/reassignment of breached cases.

Must have experience working on Data Sources

Basic Understanding of Web Services

Understanding of working on LDAP/SSO Server configuration

Should have knowledge and hands on experience of basic admin concepts like Field Watcher,

Content Management System, Email Notifications (Priority/ Weight concept),

Experience working on ServiceNow Instance/s management (Like Manage Upgrades, Activate Plugin).

Experience working on setting up of ServiceNow reports.

Experience working on ServiceNow Releases.

Basic understanding of implementing (IPC) process, Project Management
